Terms of Service
Business Days
I will start working on your commission within the 3-4 weeks you pay me.If you have a specific deadline, please let me know upfront so I can adjust accordingly, otherwise turnover time will be generally within the month.
I will not accept another commission until all 5 slots are cleared out.
Communication
Please be respectful!If I am dealing with any personal issues I will absolutely let you know at any time in case it creates a delay.
Be clear and specific with what you want to avoid any complications on both ends; image references are extremely helpful.I do not mind the skill level!
WIPS + Refunds
If you need any changes to your piece, let me know in the first WIP. Please no more than 1-3 simple changes (if necessary) past the initial sketch WIP. No excessive reworks.If you are still unsatisfied we can work out a refund, but once past the initial sketch phase, no refunds will be given.
When I send you WIPS please do not leave me hanging for toooo long.I understand life gets busy, and it's okay not to reply right away, but I need to hear what you think on the WIP to continue. Otherwise I cannot finish it and I won't be able to clear out my slots.
The Art Rights
You are allowed to use my commission for any personal use. I ask you give me credit with any of my social medias and keep my watermark.If you'd like to share my commission on any social media, you may. But you must keep my watermark and credit me with any of my social medias.You are not allowed to use my commission for any commercial use. I will report you for theft.You are not allowed to sell my commission anywhere or anyway. I will report you for theft.
